We turned an agency into software

LCI Social Desk does what we used to do by hand for our agency clients — planning, writing, designing, and publishing — so any business can afford it, and nobody has to learn new software to get it.

Our story

LCI was founded in 2025 by Antonio Monroy and Ryan Alexander — first as a boutique social media agency. We started with a simple observation: most small and mid-sized businesses either ignore social media entirely, or hand it off to someone without a real strategy — and then wonder why it isn't working.

Running the agency taught us something better: almost everything we did for clients — building the monthly plan, writing captions, designing graphics, scheduling posts, sending reports — could be systematized. So we built LCI Social Desk to do it, and kept improving it until the software did the work as well as we did.

The part we refused to automate away is the part clients loved most: you stay in control without doing the work. Every post still arrives on your phone as a secure link — no logins, no new app to learn. Tap approve, and it publishes itself. That experience was designed for busy owners who have a business to run, and it's still the heart of the product.

Today, the software runs your social media end to end. And because we started as an agency, a full-service option still exists for businesses that want human hands on everything — just ask.

What we stand for

Transparency

No vanity metrics. Your monthly report shows real performance in plain English — the wins and the areas to improve.

Strategy-first

The software never posts for the sake of posting. Every piece of content comes from a monthly plan built around your business goals.

You own everything

Your pages, your followers, your content. Connect your own accounts, keep everything if you ever leave. Nothing is held hostage.

Your time is the point

Every feature is measured against one rule: the less you have to learn and do, the better we're doing our job.

The founders

Two co-founders who did this work by hand before teaching software to do it.

Antonio Monroy

Antonio Monroy

Co-Founder & Technology Lead

Antonio built LCI Social Desk from scratch — the AI planning, writing, design, approval, and publishing engine behind the product. Beyond LCI, he's independently shipped multiple software products: a live fintech application with real-time transaction tracking and recurring financial analysis, and other AI-driven platforms. He has a track record of turning complex, manual processes into automated systems that scale. His approach is simple — if it can be systematized, it should be. That philosophy is the product.

Ryan Alexander

Ryan Alexander

Co-Founder & Strategy Lead

Ryan shaped the strategy engine inside LCI Social Desk. As a licensed real estate agent, he operates in a field where your reputation is your business, every interaction is a trust signal, and understanding what people actually want makes or breaks a deal. That background is baked into how the software plans content — rooted in business outcomes, not just aesthetics. Every post the AI generates has to have a clear reason to exist, because that's the standard he holds it to.
